Terrific and professional! My parents had a large tree limb fall into their neighbor's yard. Ishmael came within a couple of hours and swiftly removed all evidence of the tree debris. He was capable and kind. I asked if he needed a ladder and he replied, "Ma'm, I am 6'10", I am the ladder!"
